What is Sulaiman Al Rajhi's Net Worth?

Sulaiman Al Rajhi is a corporate figure who has a net worth of $2 billion. Sulaiman Al Rajhi generated his immense fortune as the chairman of Al Rajhi Bank, which is one of the largest companies in Saudi Arabia and one of the world's largest banks as well. Al Rajhi founded the bank along with his brothers Abdullah, Mohammed and the late Saleh, once they won permission to open Saudi Arabia's first Islamic bank, one that would observe religious tenet, ie., ban on interest. Helping Saudi Arabia's immigrants send their earnings home to places like Indonesia and Pakistan, the Al Rajhi brothers eventually turned their banking group into one of the world's largest Islamic banks.

But now, as Sulaiman says, he is a man who only owns his dresses, having distributed his wealth among his 23 children and setting aside a portion to run charity projects. However, he is still listed on the Saudi stock exchange as the owner of nearly 20% of Al Rajhi Bank, making him one of the richest and most affluent people in the country. Mainly focused on charity, Sulaiman actively runs his SAAR Foundation that has funded anti-hunger efforts and education in Saudi Arabia.
