Ben Dogra graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in Economics and earned his law degree from St. Louis University School of law. He worked with Jim Steiner in St. Louis Missouri at SMG which is now known as SF Sports Group. Dogra headed the Football Division of SFX Football until 2006.

Dogra co-headed CAA Football until he was fired in November 2014. He started out as an intern at SMG and was named the 6th Most Powerful Sports Agent in 2008 by Sports Business Journal. Ben has represented more 1st round draft choices than any other NFL agent since 2004.
